Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

1. **Bride and Groom Go Free:** The bride and groom’s package cost will be waived, but any additional costs outside of the package inclusions will still apply.

2. **Eligibility:** This offer is exclusively available to couples attending the 2025 Spring Wedding Show at Excel London. Proof of attendance may be required.

3. **Packages:** This exclusive offer applies only to our Eversley, Warbrook and John James wedding packages. No other packages or add-ons are included.

4. **Minimum Numbers:** A minimum number of adult guests applies to take advantage of this offer. Please enquire with our events team for the specific numbers required for your selected package.

5. **Availability:** All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend contacting our events team at your earliest convenience to discuss your preferred dates.

6. **Validity:** This offer is valid for new bookings only for weddings in 2025 and 2026.

Other:

**Deposit:** A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount will be communicated upon inquiry.

**Payment:** Final payment details, including due dates and accepted methods, will be outlined during the booking process.

**Cancellations:** Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees, will be provided at the time of booking.

**Liability:** Warbrook House will not accept liability for any loss or damage to the property brought onto the premises by the wedding party and their guests.
