CIVIL CEREMONIES
Warbrook House Hotel is licensed to hold civil ceremonies in a selection of our function rooms for up to 350 guests. There is a one-off ceremony set-up fee of £750.00 for Fridays and Saturdays and a fee of £650.00 for Sundays to Thursdays inclusive of VAT if you are also holding your wedding reception with us. We are delighted to also offer Civil Ceremony-only options for selected dates throughout the year. If you would like to hold just your Ceremony please call us to discuss; prices on application.

The Drawing Room – 60 people
The Stapleton James Suite – 120 people
The Wedding Pavilion – 120 people (weather dependent)
The Garden Suite – 350 people
Please note our capacities include all people in the room, including yourselves, the registrars, photographers, children and babies.
BOOKING YOUR REGISTRAR
Before you confirm your wedding date at Warbrook House Hotel, we recommend you book your Registrar.
Hampshire Registration Services will conduct civil ceremonies any day of the week.

A charge for the Registrar service is payable directly to the registration office upon booking.
Once your registrar has been booked you will then also need to make an appointment at your local registry office to Give Notice. More information on Giving Notice can be provided by Hampshire Registration Services.
